01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the psl88 platform — including the website at psl88.org, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all gaming, betting, and account services made available therein — you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the psl88 platform. Continued use following any posted amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. psl88 recommends that players review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the psl88 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and psl88.

02 Eligibility

Use of the psl88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. psl88 enforces an 18+ policy strictly and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity, not as a corporate entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by psl88 or by any third-party responsible gaming body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not currently hold another active or previously suspended psl88 account.

Pakistani players are exclusively responsible for ensuring that their use of the psl88 platform complies with all applicable laws in their province and at the national level. psl88 does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction within Pakistan. Players in doubt as to the legality of accessing psl88 are advised to seek independent legal counsel before registering.

03 Account Registration & KYC

To access psl88's gaming and betting services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. psl88 is not liable for any consequences arising from the submission of false or inaccurate registration information.

psl88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with international anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following at any time:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, NICOP, or passport);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within 90 days);
• Verification of payment method ownership (JazzCash or Easypaisa account screenshot showing your registered name);
• A selfie photograph alongside your open identity document, where required for enhanced verification.

psl88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed may be permanently closed and associated balances handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances at psl88 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible;
• psl88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal it deems necessary to review;
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 1–3 business days for domestic bank transfers and same-day for JazzCash and Easypaisa where network conditions permit;
• psl88 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply independent charges.

Deposits that are made using a payment method not registered in your name — or where the account holder does not match your psl88 KYC identity — may be rejected and returned. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once confirmed by the payment network.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets at psl88 — including cricket, PSL, international T20 and Test series, UFC, and other sporting events — are subject to specific market rules. In the event of a dispute about the outcome of a bet, the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan domestic cricket, ICC for international cricket) will be the determinative source.

psl88 reserves the right to void any bet placed:

• Where a technical or pricing error is identified and the bet was placed with knowledge of that error;
• Where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond settlement parameters, or abandoned without a result;
• Where the bet forms part of a pattern of activity consistent with exploitation of pricing inefficiencies through coordinated action.

All casino games at psl88 — including live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, and video poker — are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider. psl88 is not responsible for errors introduced by third-party game providers, though it will make commercially reasonable efforts to seek resolution on behalf of affected players. Published RTP figures represent the theoretical return under optimal conditions; actual results vary.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

psl88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates. General conditions applicable to all psl88 promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to the psl88 bonus wallet and must meet stated wagering requirements before any portion is eligible for withdrawal;
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to forfeiture if the account is closed before wagering requirements are met;
• psl88 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, including creation of multiple accounts;
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms;
• psl88 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion with or without notice in circumstances where continuation would constitute a commercially unreasonable outcome.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the psl88 platform. Breach of any of these provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any system that places bets without direct human action;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports market;
• Any act or omission that constitutes or facilitates match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on any sporting event;
• Use of the psl88 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity;
• Deliberate exploitation of identified software errors, bugs, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players, or any systems or data not intended for your access;
• Registration of more than one psl88 account, including under a different name or mobile number;
• Providing false or fraudulent KYC documentation.

08 Intellectual Property

All content available on the psl88 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, icons, and audio-visual materials — is the property of psl88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of psl88.

Game content supplied by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Asia Gaming, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play remains the intellectual property of those respective developers. psl88 operates such content under valid licence agreements and does not claim ownership of third-party game software.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, psl88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the psl88 platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if psl88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

psl88's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim. This limitation reflects the inherent risk associated with real-money gaming and does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by psl88's gross negligence.

The psl88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. psl88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10 Responsible Gaming

psl88 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits, effective immediately upon setting;
• Loss limits — restrictions on total net losses over a defined period;
• Session time limits — automatic logout after a configured duration of play;
• Reality checks — periodic in-session reminders of elapsed time and net account performance;
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent block on account access, effective within 24 hours of request.

Players experiencing difficulties with gambling are encouraged to use psl88's self-exclusion tools and to seek support from recognised responsible gaming organisations. psl88 staff are not in a position to provide counselling or clinical support, but can facilitate access to appropriate resources.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

psl88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspicious financial activity is identified that warrants investigation;
• The player is or becomes a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) without prior disclosure;
• Continued service to the player would expose psl88 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, psl88 will endeavour to notify the affected player within a reasonable time and provide an opportunity to respond. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, no notice obligation applies and balances may be withheld subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their psl88 account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

12 Amendments to These Terms

psl88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms appears at the top of this page. Your continued use of the psl88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international standards and applicable regulatory frameworks. In the event of any dispute between you and psl88 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through psl88's internal complaints process by contacting [email protected].

psl88 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and to resolve the majority within 14 business days. Where resolution cannot be achieved through internal process, the dispute will be referred to the applicable independent adjudication authority in accordance with psl88's operating licence conditions.
